Got in ahead of my appointment time and Emily (Emma) was wonderful. She explained everything to me, we did the tests, and she showed and explained the results. We are in the option phase as she gave me a loaner pair of hearing aids to try for a week or so. We can go from there since I am borderline on the need for the aids.
