Great facility and very well kept. I was very impressed with the facility itself and how well put together it was. This location is VERY secure. Titus was VERY helpful and made the process to getting a storage unit very pleasant. He answered all of my questions and concerns and helped me through figuring out what size unit I needed which was EXTREMELY helpful. If you need ANY help, TITUS is your guy! Prices are great and you can't beat them anywhere.

Wonderful experience! We are moving our items from another facility nearby that we have had for years and it has been ok there but they need better management. I leased a unit with Flex Storage because the pricing is comparatively the best in the area and the units are well kept. Honestly, what mainly convinced me to go ahead and switch was my experience with Anthony. He was was extremely helpful and made sure the entire process went smoothly. I also spoke with Titus, who was very helpful as well although we never met.

Nice people, great prices - only issue was that we found out our unit had an uninvited tenant on day 2 of moving our stuff in from a move - a Black Widow spider and a whole bunch of her babies all over our stuff... But I do not blame facility - they can't control nature!

I just started using Rhino Mini Storage to store some furniture and some other things around the house that I need in long-term storage. Overall, it has been a great experience. Getting setup with an account and unit was seamless and their customer service was really friendly in answering my questions. The facility is incredibly clean and well maintained. 5/5 stars!
