I couldn't be happier with my experience with James and his crew.
First, shop manager Todd insured they had all necessary parts prior to me dropping off my truck, to allow for the shortest amount of time without my vehicle.
Michelle, in the office, gave me a call on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with any updates on repair progress and allowed for any questions I may have had.
The cherry on top was when I came to pick my truck up and the entire vehicle was squeaky clean, even though it was just a bumper and tailgate replacement!
This experience was a far cry from the last time I was rear ended and I brought my truck to a different, well-known repair shop in Athens. I would absolutely recommend this body shop to anyone in need of such services and will certainly return if I am ever in need of a body shop in the future!

Went to a well know body shop in Athens and had a TERRIBLE experience there. They told us it would take 3-6 weeks to get it done and estimated a whopping total of $4500. Gave me no invoice or breakdown of the costs, when I asked they got mad and became very rude. Instead we went to Oconee Collision and had the exact opposite experience. The staff greeted us instantly and were so welcoming. Amazing customer service! The staff were so kind and truly care about your best interest NOT their commission like the first shop we went to. I worked with Todd, and I appreciated how honest he was about everything. We ended up paying around $1400 and got my car back within 8 days. Through the process, they kept me in the loop. Truly the best of the best! I would give 10 stars if I could! ❤️

Oconee Collision is the best body repair and paint shop in the Athens Area. Fairly priced and unmatched quality of work. They have completed several car and truck repairs for us, from small dings to full bumper and body repairs. You will not be disappointed!

Took my 2002 four runner by just to see if they could charge my AC. They were able to do it while I waited! Only took an hour an reasonably priced! Thank you for the fast and friendly service! Now it’s blowing snow balls!

I brought my 2018 Toyota Corolla in to have the front bumper and grill replaced. They were able to see me quickly, gave me a great price, and did an unbelievable job. My car looked absolutely pristine when I got it back, they had even cleaned my interior. Could not giving a more glowing recommendation.

Huge shoutout to James and Katie Siegman at Oconee Collision for excellent customer service and a fabulous repair on my son’s BMW. James made extra efforts in working with us on cost and parts. If you need quotes or repairs, I recommend checking with them first.

I had the best and most professional experience at Oconee Collision! I worked directly with Katie and she was wonderful. The communication was top notch! My emails were answered quickly and the whole process was so smooth. They worked directly with the insurance company, taking that stress off my back, and kept in touch with me with updates on the progress of my car. My car looks absolutely wonderful! My front bumper was hit hard in an accident, and they repaired it to perfection! I am extremely pleased with the service I received at Oconee Collision!!
