Occasionally will say they attempted to deliver a package and never made the initial attempt. Be honest.

Straight lied to me about my packages then delivered it to the wrong house supposedly and then pretty much told me to get in touch with the sender to get a refund because it's their fault not the USPS that they dropped it off at the wrong address
