They kept me in the loop about when service would be available in my area. Their technicians were great. The service is FAST and is on part with what I see from their competitors. Thanks Highline in Thomaston GA.

Internet costs too much and for a speed that I don’t even require. Costs more to have 500 mb than 1 gb, makes no sense. Would switch to Spectrum but you have to sign up for phone and cable too. So I pay more for internet at a speed that I don’t even need with Highline, than I would all three services with spectrum and I don’t want any more trenches or holes in my house. Highline knows this. Oh, best part is that Highline is out at least once a month. A few times it’s been out for an entire weekend and they won’t send a tech out until Monday to resolve. Also just tried to log on to my account because my internet is out right now and they locked my account after ONE failed attempt. They suck.

Highline is a good company! I have been a customer for 20 years going back to when it was called Waverly Hall Telephone Co. Their staff is very friendly and responsive.

Well let see over the Christmas break nobody had internet.... Now they putting wire everywhere for the " high-speed"don't receive anything telling us they are working on it email,text,call...... now our internet don't work or keeps lagging for only one TV that we use ..... If the children didn't have to have chromebook homework that they bring from school I would say to heck with this internet nothing but a waste of time......

TLDR: Increased number of service interruptions, with long repair times, and no compensation for loss of service. Use a different provider if available.Update: was told by technical support that if you don't have a router from Highline then you can't use their app.Update #2: after Highline replied to my review I called and was given a month free. Why do I, or possibly EVERY customer, need to call to get a credit for repeated prolonged outages? Just give ALL customers impacted a credit. That would go a long way for customer relations.Very disappointed in the internet service as of late. I have experience more service interruptions in the past 3 months than I have in the previous 5 years. The reason behind the outages always seems to be "there was a line cut". Typically they blame Mediacom contractors. Today they blamed the outage on a resident digging and not calling 811 ahead of time.It took them about 7 hours to figure out what the problem was and 9.5 hours (an additional 2.5 hours from identifying the cause) to resolve the issue. I don't understand why it took so long for either. I have to imagine if a resident cut a line they would've called, or Highline could detect where the service interruption began.Additionally if there's an outage they don't notify you via phone or text, that would be too simple. You have to go to their Facebook page and hope they've updated it. Of course that tends to be difficult when there's no internet. To top it all off they don't even offer a refund or break on your bill when a loss of service happens. Which I get for a short lived outage (less than an hour), but for prolonged outages that's just greedy. They're not providing the service that I'm paying for. When it works it's good but the interuptions are getting to be too much. If Mediacomm ever starts servicing my area, I anticipate a mass exodus from Highline.

Worst Internet I've ever had, there is absolutely zero reliability, it's like being stuck cause if you live here you have no other choice but to use this company but honestly my cell service works better and faster than the service this company can provide, it's time to cut the cord with this company and good luck to the ones stuck with this unreliable internet service, worst part is I'm 75 feet away from being able to have media comm

Service disruption has become a normal thing with this company. Customer pays for a service that this company cannot seem to deliver.

Internet outages. Overcharging me for internet and phone since 2005. This provider needs competition. I’d gladly switch to anyone else.
