“I went to Ameris looking to see why a check was not deposited into my account using the mobile app. I was greeted by Demetria and she was very friendly and helpful. She explained what I needed to do with a smile, so I made it happen! Coincidentally, there was a fraudulent charge on my card over night. I was able to bring my check into the branch the next day to follow the proper protocol. I was able to meet Lashea and Juanita. Both ladies were also super pleasant to deal with! In addition, Jessi was able to help me with the fraudulent charge issue. She brought to my attention many benefits I was unaware I had with Ameris bank. Her passion to help and inform was great! All in all, the experience with everyone at Ameris was stupendous!! Let them help you the way they have helped me!!”
