I gave them a two because the prices are very good, mostly everything is priced off, I'm guessing due to lack of business and foot traffic after Covid-19. But my issue with this Belks store in Waycross GA, is basically the same as a lot of other stores in this area, openly targeting and discrimination towards customers who look like me. I can go in this store with no bag, just the clothes on my body and a wallet and they still will watch me like I'm stealing everything in this store. Mind you, I spend good money in this store everytime I go in there. They also like to have security follow you and watch you, or fake mystery shoppers/workers (that are super obvious). They are so busy watching me, folks be walking out with the whole store in the bag. It's crazy how that happens. But yeah, I can't stress enough how much this area in South East GA really needs to elevate and evolve, it is 2024. These stores know I spend good money and don't steal......I'm sure they see the cameras. Yet you come back and they still proceed to treat you like the ones who do it. And let's be clear, shop lifters come in all shapes, colors, and sizes.

I haven't been to the local Belks establishment in a while. A good friend of mine works there . Anyway i am planning on going out to Belks Wed. afternoon to say hello and make sure shes is well. If I could only get a call I would not have to be s surprise if sorts. But I'll just have to stop by.
