Used this company for 3 years in a row and didn't have issues with them until last year. We would rent a forklift seasonally (4.5 months) and most recently we were charged over $2200 for damages that were caused by the previous renter (metal wires wrapped around the axles and wheels) and there was no metal like that at our location/or any debris for that matter. I will pay more elsewhere than use these folks again

Didn't like that after I called before I made an hour and a half trip to get my seals and my parts when I get there they told me I they couldn't have it the same day like they said that I had to leave my stuff for about one or two days
