Packages frequently arrive damaged and the drivers like to drive off of my driveway into the grass. One even got their truck stuck in the mud in the middle of my yard after a storm and had to be towed out.
USPS and UPS don't have this problem, only FedEx.

I have more bad to say about fedex then good you can't talk to anyone in Waycross ga they lose your package change delivery dates then you have to go sit and wait for hours hoping your package will show. Big companies have turned to 0 care for customers. Customer service is in other countries and could care a less if you get your package.

To start I've had a problem with the driver thinking it's ok to pull his truck into the middle of my front yard on my grass. First time this happened I explained to the driver my front yard was not to be driven on that I have a driveway for parking in not my yard. The next time he delivered my package he again pulled into my front yard to park and again I explained my front yard is not to be driven on that he needed to use the driveway and this time I called and filed a complaint ,the next week I had another delivery and again he parked in the middle of my front yard and again he was told he was not to drive his truck in my yard that he was to use the driveway and I reported him. Well yesterday I was supposed to have a delivery and tracking said it was out for delivery waited all day for it when it never came I called to have an automated system tell me it wasn't delivered do to weather conditions but there was no bad weather. I belive he didn't delivery it because he was mad because I reported him twice. This was payback for me reporting.

FedEx isn't a company I like to do Business with. Cause my packages stay in one state for over a week. They are a no good for nothing company.I well call Montgomery Ward and 7th Ave about how FedEx isn't doing Business how A Company should do Business.

It seems like the issues are still ongoing. I keep getting the same answer it will be delivered 8pm and then 8pm the next day. I guess Fedex does not care about customer service. I will be taking my business somewhere else. Fedex sucks period.

My package has been sitting at the Waycross, Ga. Facility since 01/05/25, I can understand bad weather, or even a wrong turn. However I do not understand, no response, undeliverable address ( when all other mail & packages arrive without an issue. It is sad that this is being allowed to happen. Why are they even open? How are they serving or supporting their area? One package said it was delivered & I never got it. Now this one is being held. I was told the 24lbs that it may weigh, went out Saturday past. However it wasn’t scanned again until this morning @4:51am. It’s it’s after 7pm and it still hasn’t been delivered. This facility should be closed or revamped. The management should be reorganized or simply replaced.

Been trying to get delivery since Dec 24th, it’s now Jan 6th. I can’t reach anyone, they need a signature for delivery. 800 number is no help. They left a door tag on my garage twice when we were home. Didn’t even attempt to come to door.
