Went to the store on 82 and 17 fell on an oil spill in the parking lot. No accident report was taken they took my business card and said that a manager would call me back, heard nothing. Called corporate they said a district manager would call heard nothing. I was covered in head to toe in oil. Hit my head and back when I feel. Employees knew about the spill but did nothing till I notified them that I had fell, they were more worried about the oil coming off my clothes and getting on there floor. Went by the next day and there was oil clean up on it but nothing else. They don't care about the people that come to there store. ?I do plan on getting a copy of the tape even if I have to get an attorney involved I lost time from work and ruined my work clothes and new boots. If I could add pictures on here I would have.

Beware of false advertisement. They refused to honor advertised sale price because the sale had ended. whether it ended last week, last night, or last year I'll never know. because sale prices are still listed on items.

store #31 is nothing but a drop yard for log trailers and car haulers. Stopped doing business with them because they don't care about their customers

I loved working in the stores. The standard of quality that is expected is much higher then other convenient stores.

When working for them, you find out that the "policies" are more important than the people. Apparently caring for a dying relative only counts when that relative is immediate family. I loved most of the people, my regulars are amazing. I didn't by any means hate my job. Honestly I'm going to miss it. But my family is more important than a job who will replace me in 36hrs anyway.

Customer is not always right at F Express. Mgr is great however has one employee that lied about my complaint on food order saying I cussed and yelled.. Which I Never cuss as a Christian man. That employee made the same mistake twice and got her feelings hurt when the mistake was brought to her attention. Assistant manager is also great but it seems upper management will Not believe this man's story or entertain any suggestions to improve the store! Also be Very aware of all of the Birds outside the store. They crap on the gas pumps and all over the walk way.. It's Nasty!

Horrible service in Dixie union a few weeks ago my elderly mother stood waiting to prepay for some gas no one at all acknowledged her or ever waited on she stood there about 5 to 10 mins and know one said one single word to her. She finally turned around went on to the first flash foods she saw and was treated very well and now refuses to go into friendly express at all and this is sad because it is such a convenient stop but now I don't stop either that is a shame to keep a 74 year old senior standing there like that.
