The prices aren’t bad. The Dr is abrasive but means well. But they’ll do everything to you pretty even if you tell them no thank you, I just wanted updated shots and flea dip/ pill… they cut his hair nails cleaned teeth and ears…. Even though I said no AND STILL CHARGED ME for services I asked them NOT to do

Dr. Gibson was very patient and understanding. I had to put down my dog of 17 yrs. It was time. Receptionist I talked to and technician was nice. When I returned to the counter, after putting her down, I paid $230.00 dollars and asked to use the bathroom. She denied me access. I explained I am a disabled Veteran and cancer survivor. She said that they do not have a public restroom. I asked her if she knew about "Allys Law" which is covered by the American Disability Act. Dr. Gibson appears to have a lucrative Animal clinic. His facility needs to be updated to accommodate his clients and customers who are well or limited.

We've been taking our Mikey to Dr.Gibson from a young pup. Recently, Mikey got ran over by a car and Dr.Gibson took extreme care of Mikey. We thought we were gonna lose him and we were terrified.I just want to say I highly recommend Dr.Gibson because he honestly cares about your pets and talks with you to make sure you understand everything. The young ladies in the front are also very nice and caring as well.Thank you Dr.Gibson for being such a great doctor for the needs of our Mikey. We appreciate you much. ❤️❤️

I called to make an appointment because my dog was sick and the first thing she said was “you need to put down a $400 deposit to cover costs” she didn’t ask what was wrong with my dog only money. I asked what is the price range for a wellness visit but she could not tell me if it would surpass the $400 or be less. These people are money hungry STAY AWAY!!!!!

I have to change my review, over the years it just isn't the same clinic I've went too. When trying to get my cat Mao Mao groomed, the first time, they said "oh he loved it, he rolled on his belly, let us shave him, purred, and played in the water it was so cute!" since yes a Norwiegine Forest Cat do like water he loves to play in the water. However, now they put him in a loopy state and all because of the "Oh if we think he's going to bite, we put him in the loopy state of mind" So....you're telling me, that if YOU THINK my cat is going to bite which he doesn't do for the vet at all, you not only do that, but add more to my tab because of it? Making it cost MORE because you want money? If he didn't bite you once, he isn't going to do it again. And this was the last 2 groomings. Which when he had an allergic reaction to it, because let's just say a messy poop every where that I had to constantly clean up. Yeah great to know they don't have to deal with that, no just me because he probably just growled and they were like "Oh no he's going to bite" Yes he growls when unhappy, but he won't bite.not only that when he first got all his vaccinations, it was just merely 75 or so dollars. Now it' skyrocketed to bloody 200$?!? And refused to even do anything until I pay up?! Even though he's been there for 3 years?! What the actual hell? And their thing is "Oh it goes up every year."Okay, listen, I'm not a business person, but i passed business class. And that's a good way to bankrupt your own company especially in a time where money is getting harder to save and everything skyrocketing in prices thanks to the recession and inflation. You think as a company, it's a bloody good idea, to actually rise your prices as we're dealing with inflation? As my mum said most have left this place and so should you unless you don't mind the money to be spent.Since you should keep things cheap so more will come in and you will get that net gain.Let's put it this way, math lesson, if 100 people came in to get their animals vaccinated and such and it's 200$ each because most people can't always afford that price;now take idk....300 people coming in for 75$for 100 people that's 20kbut with just the 300 more because it's cheaper is actually a net gain of 22k (yes I did the math)why? Because more people are going to want to visit for cheaper and you're getting a net gain.they got 2k more for those extra 200 people who could afford it, vs their 100 people for 200$ each.it's simple mathatics.so, all I take out of this, is unless you're rich, get out. thanks.I'll be looking for a new vet and I already bought my cat a grooming razor instead. Probably the cheapest seeing how it was only 26$.as for a vet even if I have to leave town I will because I can't spend that kind of money. So I'll be looking for a brand new vet thanks.Well Bison you were a good vet, you screwed yourselves over highly thanks to it because you couldn't do simple math.and even if the employees don't care now. Just like every media place shutting down, you will HIGHLY care when layoffs start happening because you had to raise prices in a literal damn inflation and recession. Great job Gibson you played yourself. Mama didn't raise no fools.

Gibson Animal Clinic is very professional. The facility is clean and the staff is courteous. They offer affordable wellness packages for kittens and give you a detailed report of all services rendered. Pet grooming and boarding services are also available. After their first visit my two rescue kittens appeared to be happier and healthier.

Brought my cat here to get fixed. Once done they jacked up the price before completely telling all the cost. They did good on the cat though.

This place is ridiculous. I called to ask if they could see my dog because my normal vet is out of the country this week. They told me I'd have to put down a $400 deposit to make the appointment.

Have been using Gibson Animal Clinic for years until recently. What drove me away, aside from becoming outrageously expensive in recent years, is lack of professionalism and knowledge. I recently took my dog in for a groom and bath pluse heartworm prevention and they received in addition to the requested services, flea and tick prevention, and medication for an ear infection. While I'm happy the ear infection was seen to, I had only days before applied flea and teak prevention, they did not have anyone on staff that knew what a traditional Cocker Spaniel cut was, nor a doctor that knew and/or cared that studies have shown a direct correlation between bravecto and seizures in Cocker Spaniels. No one even reached out to me to see if it was ok for them to treat them at all. I spent $1053 yesterday and when I complained nicely about it to ask only for the $60 dollars back for the flea and tick treatment that was given without my consent, I was met with a "it's in our policy to treat your dog if he comes in with fleas". Baloney, neither of my dogs had fleas. For the record my dog does have seizures that are very noticeably more frequent when given bravecto. If you want to take your dog to a place when money in the doctors pocket is valued over dog health or customer satisfaction this is a place for you. I can assure you you're dog will meet every criteria in their policy that puts more money in their pocket even at the reckless risk of your dogs health. Sickening.

Very gentle and caring bunch. From doctor to techniciansMy mom takes multiple animals there and they have seen mine on emergency situation out of business hours and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg! Very thorough but will make recommendations when things are unnecessary to save your cost! I love that!
