“I gave one star because you have to give something, otherwise I’d give 0. I will never be back to a BestWestern due to the attitude, lack of hospitality and all around lack of decency provided to me by the employee at the front desk. When attempting to check in I told them I had a service animal. They proceeded to ask me what service it provided for me(all fine and dandy). After giving her my answer she told me that, “that doesn’t count”, I answer with “you don’t get to decide that the ADA does”. Her response back to me was “well, I do in my hotel”. After calling her boss and being corrected she continued to belittle, question, and argue with me. This was most uncomfortable interaction with a hotel that I’ve ever had in my life (I travel for work and have been to a few dozen hotels and have never been treated this poorly) and was made to feel so unwelcome. I told them, “if you want me to find a different hotel, I will”. The lady responded with “yes, you do that”. I then, proceeded to walk out and book a hotel room at Comfort Suites. Where I was welcomed in with a smile and no derogatory statements and opinions solely based off of me having a service animal. Needless to say, I will never be booking with BestWestern again and will advise you to go to the Comfort Suites right down the road where you’ll receive a friendly welcome and a nice clean room to rest your head after a long day.”

“4.5 stars. Very nice room. I had to have the handicap room. I have a child with special needs. Good stuff first the room was very clean and smelled great, they made sure to provide all the extra towels because we were going to have four adults and they make sure that we each had our own towels ! There is a large variety of breakfast. Some of the items were kind of odd and didn't really go together but they did have ? I do see what people are referring to you about the front desk. But for the price it's definitely worth it! I did have to get sheets and blankets for the fold away bed. And there was not a rolling cart bed. But it was still worth the money it was super super clean”

“Was not recognized as diamond member. Was given 2 bottles of water the first and 2nd day only 1 bottle.Rooms: Had to be moved to another room because first night there the air conditioner got so loud and wouldn't stop.”

“Had to stay for two nights. Kinda seemed like a war zone. Instead of the smell of burning gun powder it had the smell of burning marijuana 24/7. The room was hot and disgusting. The remote to the tv didn't work. The blinds where broken. My lock didn't work half the time.Great place to stay if your looking to get murdered.”
