“Last week I got off work late and had to rush over to get a watch battery put in but noticed they had just closed maybe 5-10 minutes ago. I asked one of the employees if by any chance they could put a battery in, as it was an emergency and needed it for funeral just maybe within 30 minutes. The nice gentleman made a few phone calls. I tried to persuade in paying double even triple just so I can get the battery in. After a mere 5 minutes, this other gentleman comes out takes the watch swaps my battery and hands it back to me. After insisting to take my money he had decided he didn’t want the money and just genuinely swapped my battery out of pure kindness. I normally buy all of my personal jewelry there, but after that experience, I’m definitely going to be promoting such amazing word of mouth of them.”
