King Muffler blew my mind with their superb service. Within an hour I was given a full report of our work needed, complete with photos of parts needing repair, items they checked off as perfectly fine, and videos of why they need to be repaired. they got my truck when my balljoint came out apparently whoever i bought the truck from put my lift kit on wrong and they knew and took advantage of me telling me i can do this too temporarily fix it not letting me know that i would have to come back and spend another 2000 for something they could've did right for a girl the first time. now they're mad i keep calling but if you knew it was going to break and im only 19 if it was their child they would have did it the right way no matter what because they knew it was wrong

They do good work but get a written quote or you'll get surprised for an different price when you pick your vehicle up. I took my truck up there they looked at it and quoted me 530 something for an exhaust install, I can't remember exact amount. They called and said my vehicle was done but it was 670 now , forgot to charge extra for having to weld the exhaust I figured that would be part of an install I can understand if they was only doing a repair. Then they didn't say nothing about the price difference til after the work was done so it took my option away to take my truck somewhere else. BAD business practice to me

Took my Honda Pilot at this establishment because it was due for an oil change. Looked up oil change establishments and they pulled up. I called and a pleasant women answered and told me they were booked for the service I needed but she went above beyond to get my truck taken cared of. I will definitely be back here for any future maintenance.

I recently moved from Maine to Alma Georgia and had some work done on my vehicle from a previous business and they recommended this place for my exhaust system. I have to say they blew my socks off it’s was the best experience of customer service I have ever known and would highly recommend them. They do all kinds of auto services and reasonably priced very impressed. Thank you folks for a job well done . Just wanting to give an update I had the struts replaced and new tires put on. I noticed on the way home after going some bumpy roads the rear shocks were not working properly. I then let the shop know and had me come back on the following Monday and I am happy to say they made it right no extra cost to me so yes I highly recommend them for your car needs.Services: Exhaust

Came to the shop Friday at noon without any appointment and they pulled my car into the bay and quoted me options for service requested. Was out the door within about 2 hours with the issue resolved.
