It was ok. The guy in the paint department actually taught me something my one new thing I learned for the day. He was really nice and helped me out

Came in yesterday looking for concrete to make some patio stones for a project with my kids and Dustin in lumber was very helpful and knowledgeable! He helped me find everything on my list and a few things that weren't listed that I may have needed as well (great upseller lol)! I will definitely be back soon! The store looked very stocked and organized as well, still a little short staffed as usual but will be back because of him.

Everyone is very helpful. As much as they know at least. Some of them are very skilled in the department they work in.
The check out people in the back where lumber is needs better training! This makes the 5th time I have to go up to return desk. They offer a print or email or both when checking out. Well everything there is a new person. I am waiting for it to pop up they hitting the button like they are clocking out going home. You cannot get the email of your purchase that way you have to go to the customer service desk return it and purchase it again. Train your people better at the cash register. Self checkouts better than that. Only reason self-checkout's not back there is people walk out the door with stuff.

Poor customer service. You can never find anyone and when you do they have no knowledge of what you need and they spend time trying to find someone else. Your expected to lift and load whatever the weight and size and if you ask for help with that you will wait over 30 minutes for someone to come with an attitude. The lumbar is another issue, they have earned the name of "home of the banana boards" honest. If you need quality locals go elsewhere.

No help on self checkout. 2 of 4 self checkout line wait on attendant to show. No management presence at all. Need to be more aware of customers trying to check out always problems with it.

Lowe's Home Improvement on Memorial Drive in Waycross, GA, has been my go-to destination for all things home improvement for most of my life, and I've always had nothing but positive experiences.
The staff at this location are truly exceptional, and their dedication to providing excellent customer service is evident in every interaction. Whether I'm seeking advice on a DIY project or assistance in finding the right tools and materials, the staff at Lowe's are always knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help.
Despite my best efforts, I unfortunately couldn't secure a job at Lowe's myself, but that hasn't dampened my appreciation for the exceptional service and support they provide to their customers. From the moment you step foot in the store, you're greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine willingness to assist with any needs you may have.
In addition to the outstanding staff, Lowe's on Memorial Drive boasts a wide selection of high-quality products and competitive prices, making it a one-stop shop for all my home improvement needs. Whether I'm tackling a major renovation project or simply picking up a few supplies for a weekend DIY task, I can always rely on Lowe's to have everything I need.
Overall, Lowe's Home Improvement on Memorial Drive in Waycross, GA, is more than just a store—it's a community hub where customers are treated like family and where exceptional service is the norm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lowe's to anyone in need of home improvement supplies or expert advice.

Friday evening and no registers open only self checkout and when I asked about why this is I was verbally assaulted by the supervisor absolutely unexceptional service the worst people I've ever seen in customer service everyone of the employees standing around while one little old lady is trying to help 20 people in self checkout and they say there all on lunch and it's corporate policy to close all registers the date is may 10 2024 at around 7pm someone really should look at the tapes and hiw your employees treat your customers
