Can’t wait to get it!!Related that I purchased my mattress from this store 2 yrs ago and I wasn’t happy with it because it has a dip in the middle from letting it up and down. I have to slide and turn it around every 2 wks or so that I don’t notice it when I sleep. Your rep explained to me my mattress warranty policy of 10 yrs and said I could file a claim for a replacement because this should not be happening. The rep wrote down the directions with web site and told me how to file a claim, also, printed a copy of my receipt when I purchased it so I would not have to go home and search for it. Very helpful and much appreciated.,”

“We have a 20 year freezer bought from Badcocks and it's still working.We called Josey, who hasalways been our go too pwrson and bought a new dryer a couple of weeks ago. Next day, a vent cover came off, Badcocks had someone over that day.Today, around 1:30, we bought a new washer but the techs attached the refuse water hose to the wrong place.
