My experience was very pleasant Mrs.Yolanda and Ms. Pinkie took very good care of me as always they are very knowledgeable and they make something that is so hard to me seems so easy. If I just had to have a complaint I would say that just in certain areas I don't get any coverage but hey that's what every phone company. Y'all keep up the good work.

I can't communicate with them through phone calls because they never answer, the phones you buy there are the slowest ones in existence for sure. They never help you out, they just say "call customer service."They close at a different hour than what says online.

These people dont know how ta tell time in waycross ga cause their sign says they open at 10am I'm sitting here waiting at 1037am and nobody is here but they got plenty of money heck they charge me 4.00 to come in the place of business and pay for my phone service that I have through them real business type people lol that's why I changed to page plus

Came by today to get 2 phones. And sign says open 10 to 7. However, no one was in the store and no one answered the phone. This is not very good customer service.

I don't get service where I live or the 2 different ways and 2 hour drive and got no service but once for 2 seconds. I told them within 12 hours of my issue yet it's all excuses so when I am in front of your tmobile and metropc I hope to run off what was taken from me which is money.

I am a customer and purchashed my phone at this store, i came back to refer my boss and she was going to buy a phone and the service was terrible. The employee didnt even say a word till we spoke, and didnt get off her stool at all. We left and wont be back. I enjoy my phone service but wont go back to that store.
