I went here on a recommendation actually but had the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. To be fair, it was a new girl who did not know what she was doing. She used one of those nail drills on my NATURAL nails!!! I only ever get regular mani and pedis, no dip, gel, acrylics, none of that. She literally damaged my nail beds. It has been almost a month and they are still bruised and hurt.. I’m going to have to wait for my nails to grow completely out for them to be healed. A nice lady there named Nee (spelling may be wrong) did gel nails for me for free to cover up the damage that the new girl did but now the gel nail polish has been removed and they look/feel even worse. The damage is horrendous. They need to reach out to me to do something to make up for this. Update: It’s been almost 10 months and the damage still has not completely grown out.

Traveling for work and between nail appointments but needed my nails filed down so they don’t break while traveling. Owner was very kind and squeezed me in before closing to file my long nails down. Couldn’t have been easier and nicer. Highly recommend this nail salon!!

Princess Nails is the place to go! They are under New Ownership (Ashley Woodcock) and there have been many changes for the good. When I go into a place where I pay to be pampered, I expect my visit to be pleasant and enjoyable! And that’s exactly what I receive at Princess Nails! I’ve been to a few salons here in Waycross where my visits were not so pleasant….Unorganized, long waits even tho you have an appointment, and GOSSIP… so much gossiping… employees talking about each other and other clients!! Call me crazy, but I enjoy positive and friendly environments! So, if you’re looking for a friendly and organized business, Princess Nails is where you need to be! Did I mention that I am NEVER disappointed in the service I receive! ?

Came in to get nails and toes done the lady that did my nails was good but when it came down to my feet to get done the girl who was supposed to be doing my feet made the new girl do it while she set and did her own nails asking all the nail lady’s what color should she do like girl you at work and don’t want to do your job be fr??♀️ smh what kind of customer service is that !! I want come back unless the Chinese ppl are there

Hands are clumpy, i asked for squared round and ended up with just square and slanted and it was a long process. Heard good things about this shop, first time going. Well go back to see if it was just an off day for my tech cause she kept getting up and talking to someone else in the back while i just sat there. Benefit of the doubt

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a salon. Staff were very loud and unprofessional. Service was not as expected. Will not be back nor recommend to anyone! If I could minus a star I would!

My aunt and I visited Heidi and Haley yesterday for the first time. The staff were all very nice and welcoming. As a man I've never thought of having a mani pedi but it was enjoyable so we will be back soon!
