My wife and I live in GA & MI, originally from MI. I purchased a 2006 Toyota Avalon from Floyd at Quality Auto Sales in Waycross GA. They are absolutely true to their mission statement! I’ve driven the car back and forth from GA & MI several times. I’m completely pleased with the car’s performance! Floyd, his wife and two sons made the buying experience pleasurable in every way!! They are honest and pleasant people with integrity, so much so that I will be purchasing my wife a vehicle as well!! I would highly recommend them to the buying public.

Not very easy to get info out of. Was ready to pay for a truck that was on marketplace. Missing interior peices. Why have it listed if not ready to sell. Drove a hour for a 45 second interaction.

bought a set of steps for a truck from this place, ad said they fit crew cab f250s which is what I bought them for, a day after I picked them up I was going to install and they did not fit my truck, I messaged the owner of this business to see what we could do about that and he offers nothing, no refunds no swap outs nothing, very rude man to talk to before and after purchase, terrible customer service. all this business it's after it's your money

My disabled elderly mom bought a car from these people, I explained that she needed a reliable ride to get her to and from doctors appts and to refill her oxygen. They sold her a dud. After only driving it home (less than 30 miles from Blackshear to Waycross) the car would not crank. They refused to fix it. Said that she was responsible. These are horrible people to do business with and love to take advantage of elderly disabled people. After my mom returned the car they refused to refund her the $500 down payment even though there were less than 30 miles put on the car. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place if they were the last car dealership on the face of the earth.
