Trinity did an amazing job. I was in a time crunch and damaged some of my dip polish. She took amazing care of me and was incredibly attention to detail oriented. I may drive three and a half hours just for her to do my nails. (And the prices were half of what I pay in Columbus,GA!)

They are amazing with my autistic son. They pay special attention to his specific needs about water temperature and leaving certain things out due to his sensitivity issues.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!! Don’t waste your time or money on Regal nails. They don’t listen to you and act like they can’t hear you when your talking to them. They charged me $300+ for some UGLY nails and toenails. Me and my daughters are very very disappointed and disgusted with that place.

Where do i even start. Not one step in the spa pedicure I had this morning was satisfactory. From weak technique to metal instruments that were casually thrown into a filthy caddy. He even used his own fingernail to clean polish from edges and I caught him staring at me? Polish wouldn’t dry completely. Removed it as soon as I got home and soaked my feet in white vinegar water, removed the rest of the cuticle myself and polished. I knew better. Just DON’T GO!!!?❌
The response I got was a request to call. I honestly don’t think anyone I encountered during my visit could effectively communicate with me in English.

The first red flag should’ve been not sanitizing or cleaning any equipment between the girl before me and myself, secondly the lady doing my nails has cut my fingers with the clippers and the drill, leaving me with an infected finger. The nails didn’t turn out at all like my inspo pic and my sister in law that was there with me had a bad experience too. I would give no stars if possible and I will never be using them again.

We (my husband and I) stood at the entrance/desk for 20 minutes and NEVER EVEN GOT ACKNOWLEDGED… 2 people came up to the desk to get something they needed, and still never even said hello. 4 people there and not one person said a word.

Love love love going here to get my nails done. It's relaxing and soothing. Yes sometimes you are gonna wait because they are that good with their services but it's worth it. My daughter (7) and I go every 2-3 weeks and enjoy the experience each time.

I wouldn't even put a one star, this place is the worst place to go, the 2 men in there have no clue on what there doing with nails, the guy had my nails so messed up and lumpy the gel paint I asked for would not even dry and he was going to send me out with wrinkled up paint, I was so upset with him I told him to take the paint off I was not going out like that. He still wanted to charge me 40.00 for my nails!! I ended up leaving there and going straight to A + nails!!!
