It's an okay place, been there before a few times. They open when they want to open as it seems. And the video games are for game consoles that I don't even own. Yeah it's called Retro which is really cool! But if wanted any of that stuff i could go online.my biggest grievances with this place however, is that I had two flat screen monitors that ya know you just don't need. But they're universal they work with any remote (hence the word universal). And I told them that when they asked "Hey where are their remotes?" And I said to the guy "I hadn't had the remotes to these at all since i got them." and he only offered 10$ for the two of them. NOT EACH not 10$ each. no, just 10$ for two beautiful not at all damaged monitors....because i didn't have the stupid remoteswhat does "universal" mean to people? You can even use it as a monitor for your computer for gods sake. I swear when it comes to trying to sell some of my tech there, it's either "Oh we don't take this because there's not a high demand for it." or "We don't take this because we just don't want it" or it's "Well give it to you for the cheapest possible price we can offer because screw you."I spent over 30 or so dollars each on them. And i understand with time, it depreciates. But are you telling me it went down so much that they're only worth 5$ each?!? Yeah screw that. And again these monitors work with ANY remote. Again why it says universal for. Most t.vs don't need their "own remote" you can hook up your provider and use the remote that way, with the providers cable and remoteit's like they don't know how the hell t.v's work!they wouldn't take even my boom arm either that i had for my mic, they wouldn't even take the yeti mic, they wouldn't take anything I had that I didn't need so screw them too.And again a lot of their games, are probably for games consoles you don't even own.it's probably no damn wonder they barely see business, how they're IN business at all is beyond me.I plan to go by the corner and do a tag sale instead.Since even pawn shops will not take in my stuff either.I swear how these business are even functional is actually amazing to me. Seeing how with even with modern day technology, you can if you wanted, to sell them via Amazon or Ebay and get a net profit, or do your own tag sale, and people will flood in since I would've even taken 15$ each for monitors. I wasn't asking for anything huge. And with also the internet you can also buy retro anything you want.so again it is literally a surprise to me that this place stays open when I pass that place all the time. and it's either mostly closed, or no one is there anyway. It's amazing how many shops stay going when they offer nothing special and or give out horrible prices.I'm all for having your own independent business, especially if passionate about it, but don't screw people either.~~As to the response below one thing about running a business, is that the costumer is always right for starterssecondly if you're willing to also sell and BUY goods from people you are technically a pawn shop in some compacity that screws people over for having too many "rules" of what is and isn't allowed. Regardless of your implications of just being a company that sells goods of just old retro video games, do know I know you also buy goods from people that are willing to buy monitors, t.v monitors, and other tech. In simple terms yes you are a pwan shop seeing how your employees have said to me that you relay on people also coming in and selling old retro games you cannot even get from publishers these days because publishers of said games don't even sell them anymore. So in a sense you are indeed a pawnshop seeing how you relay on both selling and trading and buying of goods. And JUST because it's only based on video games doesn't make it any less of a typ

Retro Reboot is an awesome little Shop with a assortment of Toys from generations past. Some in packaging some not. The owner is a really cool guy as well as the guitar strumming employee that was there the first time I visited. Very knowledgeable about their products and they have a small collection of magic and Pokemon cards. Very cool folks. If your in the mall I would highly recommend stopping by and checking out for your own Retro Reboot!

Started off bad when I thought I bought a faulty ps2 and game. I took it back and they offered to look at it in order to see if they could get it working. After they checked it they found out it was the game I bought and controller. They replaced them and everything worked perfect.I’m so glad it was able to work instead of getting a refund

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.YOUR BETTER OFF ON EBAY.I’ve worked in Customer Service for almost my whole working life.Never have I treated or been treated the way I just was by THOMAS today.Like I was a huge bother to him. (Because I walked in and interrupted him watching questionable content at a rather brave volume on his mobile device maybe?)idkBut while I tried to relay one of the reasons for my visit today, he continued to rudely interrupt me with The question “what’s The nature of our business here, are we just staring at Pokémon cards?” Was super dismissive, Made me feel as tho I was a bothersome nuisance.Instead of a customer (whom truly & admittedly, stupidly had come to drop half a paycheck and indulge in a hobby I truly enjoy)Then once I told him that he was being rude and That I wouldn’t be conducting any sort of business with him, spending money or coming back. He Continued to yell and argue with my wife, then followed us out trying to defend his behavior.Took my money rite across the street to Walmart.

it would've been OK if the guy didn't treat customers like they're bothering him rather than helping them....
