Fantastic experience, went for an oil change, break/battery check and to check my clamps. They did a wonderful job and were very professional and treated the car like a luxury, If you’re looking for a shop to do basic maintenance reliabiy around the area, mavis is the spot.

Had my oil changed this morning. Get home and blue fluid steady leaking from washer reservoir. I cleaned it up underneath to make sure it wasn't overfilled. I went to the top and no fluid was added at this service. I marked my reservoir with a mark and watched it for an hour and the level dropped over on inch. This was not doing this when I took it and it has never had a single leak. I called and the person I spoke with was super nice. He transferred me to service manager and he was immediately deflecting blame saying they were nowhere near that area and not their issue.

I ran over something in the road , and the dealership said they couldn't patch my tire , but Mavis said they could! They were fast and have great costumer service.

I’ve been going here for many years and so have my family members. Got flats fixed, new tires, Tires put on, tires replaced, oil changed…. Never had a problem. The gentlemen always do a great job and they are always helpful and courteous. Highly recommend.
