They were very professional and courteous and they didn't waste my time like most other dealerships do. While I didn't do business with them this time around, it doesn't mean I won't do business with them in the future. I keep getting solicitations in the mail from these people to buy a car specifically Jennifer pitman no I don’t want to buy a depreciating asset at 50 percent interest that will never get paid off and requires full coverage at 600$ a month

Spoke with Bob Setzer about finding a used vehicle and he was super helpful. I ended buying from another dealership but highly recommend Bob and the Walker Jones team. They will go out of their way to help you find what you want. Great customer service!!!

I went to Walker Jones for a front end alignment.On my 2011 Camaro SS. As it was there, they were telling me that It needed a camber bolt in order for them to do the alignment after arguing with the mechanic and service manager for about 15 minutes. The service manager gives me my money back and tells me to go somewhere else if I can get the job done better. So I did go somewhere else, went to Aaron's down the road from them, and Aaron's was able to do the alignment without the camber bolt Walker Jones tried to up sell me $200 for a camber bolt kit that I didn't need I have been a repeat customer of Walker Jones for 8 to 10 years. I have never been treated in that manner. I do not think I will be going back to Walker Jones to do any more. Business I was about to purchase a AT4 2500 Pick up truck brand new But I think I will carry my business somewhere else.

?I was looking into buying my next vehicle from Walker Jones in Waycross until the battery with warranty I brought 2 years ago from them died an I'm not in town to let them place on their machine to get a bad reading. I called them to inquire on replacement an I was told to get a jump off and bring my truck there. Explained being out of town and they recommended i get a jump off and bring my truck in.Definitely do not recommend buying a battery from Walker Jones in Waycross!!! You'll be stranded out of town like I was.✨️ Good news is i went to Advance Auto Parts and I'm back rolling.
