Came for a maintenance service on the 12 after that day my car feels rough when acelerate figure out on paperwork put on my car 0w20 instead of 0w8 need to bring it back. Hopefully this car doesnt have any problem after this. To be a toyota profesional dealership and service department for me they failed if you dont have the oil get it on autopart but dont put 0w20 when required 0w8.

Bought my vehicle from here 2023.
Always had good experiences with service.
Always regular with oil changes ect.
But , I called and scheduled an oil change with tire rotation.
After service was completed, I signed service order ( didn't look at contents of order) and left.
After I got home, I noticed that the order didn't mention oil change.
I called twice the next day, to verify if oil change had been completed., only to be transferred twice with no one answering the phone.
Disappointmented.
Idk what happened and why but this was a breakdown in communication and I don't know why.
I checked oil, and no, it wasn't changed.😮💨

Exceptional service from Noel, new car salesman and Kelly, New Car Sales Manager when my daughter and i started shopping for a Rav4. We found them trustworthy and provided all specs for the car we test drove, as well as optional items.

I’m not sure how to write an honest review of my service. I’ll just write as it goes. The individual I was able to get my car with was not professional. Yes, I’ve sent emails an never got a reply. Do not finance through SETF an do not get Gap Insurance. Whatever your amount is will be added to your total an you’ll pay interest on a insurance payment. That’s insane!!! If you choose to get Gap get it through your auto insurance an it’s 1/3 the price. Sadly Dealerships have become more about small tricks to get more money from you!

I live in Florida and drove to Walker Jones to buy my wife's Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum. The dealerships in Jacksonville, Orlando, Gainesville, Lake City and Tallahassee couldn't locate the kind of vehicle I wanted. If one was located they couldn't beat the price. I met Kelly, Alan, Tommy and Pete while buying the car. They were wonderful, courteous and kind people. This was my 7th Toyota purchase and the best one. I won't be shopping in Florida anymore. I have already recommended to a couple of friends of mine to call Walker Jones to buy their next vehicle. Alan was so nice to my wife, Kelly was a professional, Tommy was a no hassle finance manager. Pete made me laugh as we talked after the purchase for 30 minutes. I would like to sit at the river with Pete and drink a beer, would be epic.

Great place to do business! I regularly get my car serviced there, and i've never had an issue. I recently had to put my car in the shop for a recall and discovered some other issues. I drive a lot for work and was concerned when I found out I was just 2k miles out of my factory warranty. But I am very pleased to say Ryan Jacobs in the service department did everything in his power to help me with this situation, and get me the best price on repairs he saved me a lot! He also was very understanding and good at keeping me updated with everything going on with my car's repairs.

Made an appointment for nothing. We live 50 minutes away and made an appointment for a simple service because we had other business in the Waycross area today. We showed up and we're told it will be at least 45 minutes to an hour before they could get to us. We told them we live far away and made the appointment to fit into our plans here, man was very nice but there was nothing they could do even though we were not one of the walk-ins and had an appointment. Totally messed up our entire day and now we have to make arrangements for the service somewhere else. Two stars instead of one because the gentleman was so courteous and apologetic.

Legit the best car buying experience I've ever had. I inquired about a Tundra a few months before I was ready to purchase. Kelly, the sales manager, reached out and was not pushy when I told her that I wasn't ready to commit to anything. She periodically followed up but some other dealerships would call or text me every other day.
Then, when I was ready to come look, Kelly and Noel Harris - an allstar salesman - welcomed me with open arms. I was able to negotiate a great deal and while I was waiting for my vehicle to be delivered, Noel provided solid updates each step of the way.
Finally, upon delivery, the finance manager was easy to work with and clearly explained all the options.
I've never been happier with my new car and a big part was how great WJT was to work with. If I could give ten stars to Walker Jones Toyota, I would.

Last Sept Nikki Brantley helped us as we looked for new vehicle. After many visits we decided on 2023 RAV4. Nikki never pressured us and was very knowledgeable. Even after purchase she helped us with any questions we had and helped link my phone to vehicle. I took new RAV4 for first service appt. this morning and Ryan and Journey were helpful and courteous. Very pleased with service we have received so far.

Even if you are walking, RUN from Walker Jones. They will advertise a lower price on their website, then try to hide a ~15% upcharge as a "fee they have to charge". When you call them on it, it's because "it's the first 24 model on the lot". I wasted 4 hours of my Saturday, just to walk out and buy another truck 10k cheaper an hour away. Do not trust them and do not buy from them.

I was initially looking for a 12 V battery for my 2012 Toyota Prius C hybrid. I was having a very difficult time trying to get someone to help me called Walker Jones, in Waycross talked to a gentleman named Glenn, which is awesome by the way, he made it a mission to help me and I appreciate that because he was the first one to actually try to help me even though I’m from Brunswick and these people don’t know me from Adam. I drove to Waycross then I find out that it’s not that battery that it was actually my hybrid battery. (Ugh no!) They were so good to me and treated me like family, and you don’t get that Service hardly anywhere anymore . I definitely am a huge fan of Walker Jones, Toyota, and their team. I will be buying my next car from Walker Jones Toyota in Waycross, Georgia. You guy rock!!
