First time using this pharmacy. It is a keeper. Efficient,Friendly service. Sooooo much better than CVS, where the elderly male pharmacist is so lazy, nasty attitude and very unprofessional. I will never use CVS again in Waycross Georgia. And I will make sure I tell everyone how ugly they were to me... Use THIS Wal-Mart. They are Awesome...

Great Pharmacy and staff could always depend on my prescriptions being ready when I received my text. Not now that they are moving people around. Keep the staff that you had they know everyone it's like starting from scratch. Not liking it.

The younger looking white male PHARMACIST, specifically THE PHARMACIST, I LOVE, such a super sweet, kind, helpful man, always smiling. One of the nicest pharmacists I’ve ever dealt with, there’s not many like him. Most of the techs here have been pretty kind to me as well. With that being said, there is one tech there, I believe named Lorie with longer dark hair, who isn’t nice or professional. Side note, there’s one just like her at the Walgreens here in Waycross as well. Avoid them if you can. If she’s there when you go, do yourself a favor & wait for the next tech or leave & come back later because depending on WHAT YOUR DOCTOR LEGALLY PRESCRIBES YOU, she may give you a hard time, like she did me, & she is the ONLY tech there who has done this so I don’t know what her issue is, but she has one for sure. She very loudly asked me why I am prescribed the medicine I am prescribed, saying the name of the medicine & everything, with a lot of people in line behind me. She said the specific medicine out loud in front of other people & had me tell her why I get that medicine, in front of everyone. Not professional at all. This information is already in their system bc it’s what they ask every new patient they fill for when you first go there, but she didn’t even bother to look me up. I’ve been filling there for the same medicine for a few months now. Had she just looked in the computer she would have seen all the info she so LOUDLY asked me for. She then questioned the pharmacist about filling for me & thankfully he did, but I could tell she didn’t want him to & I don’t know why it’s her business to do that & refusing to fill medicines that people will be sick without is a threat to our lives. Also, the medicine she loudly questioned me about is one that someone would try to steal from me if they knew what I had in the bag when I left. So not only is asking me like that unprofessional, but also very dangerous, in more ways than one.Refusing to fill is illegally practicing medicine & I could tell she didn’t want to, why, I don’t know, but if my doctor prescribes it to me I NEED IT, HE sees me every single month & knows my medical needs, not a pharmacy tech, DOCTORS KNOW WHAT THEIR PATIENTS NEED BECAUSE THEY SEE THEIR PATIENTS & ALSO HAVE BEEN STATE CERTIFIED TO PRESCRIBE MEDICINE! A pharmacy tech is NOT certified in any way to diagnose or decide whether we should receive medication or not & if THATS what Lorie or any of the other techs want to do then they need to go to school for YEARS & get a degree to do so. Until then, they need to stick to what they know & fill the medicine THE DOCTORS WHO ARE LICENSED TO PRACTICE MEDICINE PRESCRIBE TO THEM.Like I said, if it was up to her she wouldn’t have filled for me. She should not question what MY DOCTOR WHO SEES ME EVERY MONTH WRITES ME! HE prescribes medicine to me based on what he believes I NEED & he KNOWS what I need because, unlike her, he's seen me every single month for over a year now, is a doctor, has the title & degree, therefore qualified to do so, went to school for who knows how many years, & therefore has knowledge, THAT SHE DOES NOT, to make those decisions. Our doctors prescribe medicine, her job is to FILL IT, not illegally practice medicine by questioning why our doctors prescribe what they do & judge if she thinks it’s medically necessary or not, based on some criteria she’s made up in her head. I will be looking into the laws surrounding this. When a pharmacy refuses to fill LEGITIMATE prescriptions they are threatening the patients’ lives, as it forces them to resort to illegally buying them off the streets, when it’s medication they’re LEGALLY prescribed & shouldn’t have to go find anywhere besides a pharmacy! This leads to not only legal problems but also overdosing from things like buying fake medications when they should NEVER had to do that!Again, the male pharmacist, a super good & nice guy, but techs like Lorie, I would avoid approaching the counter if she’s the one stand

Put me on hold after ringing, got the machine again, kept ringing, put on hold again, got the machine again, kept ringing. Not hard to pick up and say something instead of that mess

Every experience I've had at Walmart Pharmacy has been poor. The staff are rude and show little to no compassion for the patients and their needs. They will NEVER go out of their way to make your experience easier. It is clear that they simply do not care about the people in front of them.

Went for 2 prescriptions was told weren't ready, told cashier I was sent email notification 1 was ready 1 out of stock. Could they check with Super-center to see if instock there she would then forgot about me. When I walked up to remind her a coworker told her they were out also. I called myself they were instock and I transfered my prescriptions. Bad Bad Service!!!
