Waycross Housing Authority

Hours: The Waycross Housing Authority does not participate in the Section 8 - Voucher Program. We are low-income public housing and applications can be picked up at the Main Office located at 1130 Tebeau Street . When returning your application, be sure to include the following documentation: birth certificates and social security cards (for ALL people listed on the application), proof of all income, photo IDs (for anyone over the age of 18 on the application). The final page of the application must be notarized before a criminal background check can be ran.
