There is no communication. We had to call to see when we are getting our stuff. I lost out on a days worth of pay. And now I am going to have to take another day off. This will now make 2 days worth of pay lost. My stuff was to be here Tue. We called to check and then they said, oh everyone called on Monday so Wednesday. Not a call from them. They just didnt come. Nothing. I am not happy. And they are closed. So we are paying on stuff we don't have.. most places call the stealing

The best experience I have ever had in any business I have ever dealt with! The manager goes above and beyond for the customer. All the employees are absolutely fabulous people. They deserve awards!!!

It has been nothing but a pleasant experience with this store and staff but my girl Kita deserve a raise with the way she's handled my recent drama! Customer service is one thing but Ms Kita genuinely cares about her people. Absolute best!!!

The best experience and best manager there is. The other employees are also very nice and well mannered. The store is very clean and organized. Shakita is so friendly and works with you when you need it. She needs a best manager award. That’s how awesome she is!!!!

I’ve always had a great experience with Aarons! Shakita is a sweetheart and have always gone out her way to help when I really needed it! I’ve paid off 13 agreements with Aaron’s and currently working on another one.. They are really a great store and I’ve never had an issue with them at all!
