Quality Inn offers a convenient location, especially for visitors attending events like the Masters, with many reviews highlighting its proximity to Augusta and nearby restaurants within walking distance. The outside of the hotel is often praised for its appearance, giving a good first impression. Inside, the experience varies. Some guests found the rooms clean, with functional amenities like hot showers, clean sheets, and working air conditioning. Breakfast options are generally simple, including waffles, eggs, bacon, yogurt, and fruits, with some guests satisfied with the offerings. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, providing good customer service throughout the stay. However, several reviews mention issues such as cleanliness concerns, including a room with a moldy odor and unclean comforters, and a room with a stale smell and rusted appliances. Some rooms are described as needing upgrades, especially in the bathroom area, with peeling tub sides and damaged walls. A few guests experienced problems like non-functional TVs, missing towels, and rooms lacking basic features like phones. There are also reports of conflicting policies, such as extra charges for pets despite website listings stating pets are allowed. Overall, while the hotel provides a decent and affordable stay close to key locations, some rooms and amenities may require attention and improvement.
There was garbage in my room as well as dirty old slippers....super gross and weird! And there is some strange siren that goes off randomly outside by door!
