Zero stars! The employees are rude and tell you, they don’t care… I’ve had 2 separate employees say this to me when asking a question for help. Mail lady puts packages in the wrong mailbox multiple times, delivers packages late every time. The lady at the counter won’t help by looking for a package because she doesn’t want to do her job. Worst post office I’ve ever experienced dealing with and I’m glad I’m moving out of the area.

Told that a 3" long whistle was to big to fit in the mailbox. Supposedly two attempts to deliver. Now have to drive to the post office to pickup. Doesn't sound plausible, but what are you going to do...

I enjoy going to this post office because it's not too far from my home.
but they can answer their phone in the morning just alittle more often, other than that this post office is sufficient the people who work there are courteous and very respectful when taking care of your needs or business.

4 pieces of mail my IMPORTANT mail was showing up on informed delivery for 2/12/2024 here its is 2/21/2024 still haven’t received it ive been to the post office 4 times talked to the supervisor 2 times in person and one time on the phone was rude i told him they must’ve made a mistake he stated that they dont make mistakes that my mail probably never came to their office and he stated the informed delivery isn’t accurate i am verrrrryyyyy UPSET he hasn’t been any help and any kind of way and stated that there’s nothing he can do

terrible. package mysteriously disappeared. was marked delivered near porch/front door but usps never approached my house. called them 3 times in a row yesterday and twice the next morning, not one answer. sat on hold for like 5 minutes before call was finally dropped. useless

Received an alert from USPS that an item I ordered had been delivered to the parcel. Upon checking the parcel, the box was empty. Called to explain that my package was delivered to the wrong parcel & the wrong key was given to me & asked to get a solution. The lady I spoke to said she would call me back & took all my info down & I waited & received no call. When I called back, no one answered. The next day, I went to the post office & the same lady who took my info down previously stated that she would go to the mailboxes & check to see if the package was still there & would call me back so whether she did or not & I doubt it, i never received a call AGAIN! Very unprofessional to not follow through when the mistake was clearly on them. Here I am back at the post office AGAIN and now she’s telling me that they cannot reimburse me when it’s their faults my item was delivered to the wrong parcel. The company should not be at fault for a mistake the mail carrier made. If I could give no stars, I would but unfortunately you have to leave one star to leave a review! USPS do better, unprofessional selves!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have lived in waynesboro 3 years and never had trouble for our packages being delivered and Mrs.Kay was wonderful. Always so friendly!Well now we have someone else on our route and then are just lazy to the bone.Yes, we live in the country on Hwy 24 w on a dirt road. But there should be no reason to go a few feet down and leave our packages next to the woods or field to be messed up.The postmaster just makes up excuses. It’s pure sorriness and then we get a note that our road is perilous but mighty fun that I drive down it in an Altima everyday, no problem . Also you select what days you can actually come put packages in front our house. I didn’t know our driveway was completely different on Saturdays .

Service is always great but the inside of the place is looking like a dumpster...litter is everywhere and the gentleman on duty states it's "contracted out" please clean up Waynesboro Georgia post office

Horrible headache after dealing with these people all day just for them to tell lies and to give us the run around they are constantly getting packages and not shipping them out or updating tracking info until they feel like it this is the 4th incident that this has happened to us trying to send something so precious to our brothers in Atlanta with overnight shipping all for them to receive it 1 week later in the mail!!!! They would not give us a refund even with proof and made us feel like we was doing the most !!!! The lady there is a big liar extremely rude and disrespectful!!!! This is totally unacceptable!!!!! We even let her know that we had her recorded her words was she didn't care and for us to get out of her office!!!! We will be getting intouch with headquarters!!!!!!

No one received our Christmas cards three weeks after being sent. We continously get someone else's packages. Mailbox broken. Some carriers are good, some, not so much.

Mailbox constantly overloaded. Left open. Multiple instances rained on causing damaged packages, cardboard boxes, letters, etc. Child is afraid of a route carrier, calls her the "mean lady".

Nice people, usually the same man taking care of everyone. Very nice and worked with me when I had no idea how to even mail a letter or my packages.
