Verizon put up a cell tower in sight of my home a few years ago , had great signal strength for first year , now they are constantly cutting back on signal strength to the point of not being able to connect, just as bad as not having the tower but they still expect that monthly payment. My parents signed a contract approximately seven months ago. The data purchased was unlimited $170 per month for flip phone which my dad is accustomed to he only uses for calls. My mom received Motorola android which she uses for everything! But, why so much when the data is exceeded and mom unable to make outgoing calls. In store, the rep stated we would have to buyout the contract $798 remaining balance $568. I informed her that we would be migrating (port out) the phone to Xfinity. Mom doesn’t want her phone. Asked for options available…that heffer sat back in her seat and said that was only option. Get to Xfinity to find that the will purchase contract.
Verizon is pressed taking advantage of 84 year old parents. Disgusting!

All this location provides is “lip service”. We ordered phones from them and 1 week later they have not received our entire order and have told us lie after lie saying they will send one of their employees to another store to retrieve one of our phones which they did not do. Telling us daily that they will look into it and call us back and they never do. My husband is constantly calling them and getting the run around continuously. This is absolutely terrible customer service and we will most likely not move forward with Verizon due to this.

Ms. Jennifer went above and beyond to help me get my mom a new phone. She pulled out all the stops! She was sweet, personable and one of the best customer service specialists I have ever met. My mom wanted to extend her warmest gratitude. She was extremely pleased. I can not stress how amazing and intelligent Jennifer is. The experience was unmatched!

Just got a brand new phone from this store a couple months ago, an employee named Josh was very helpful, he was able to help me get the phone upgraded from my s21 to the aforementioned new phone!
Visits after have been just as fruitful and stress free, the employees themselves are very understanding and patient and will help with most your issues!
I highly recommend a visit here if your in need of a new phone but can't quite figure out the details or for things like physical phone protection.

This mom and pop Verizon is one of the worst ever a few months ago my phone was taken from me while at a business in Waynesboro Ga so I went without delay to the Verizon store and when I did get to talk to someone I ask to have my phone turned off I was told they could not help me BUT they would sell me another phone HUH??. I will NEVER set foot in that store again.I drove to Swainsboro Ga Verizon store that same day where my problem was taken care of..Waynesboro Ga Verizon??????

Angel was great to work with. My phone was 10 years old and she copied everything over to my new phone making everything so easy for me. This is the only store I go to. The staff acts like the genuinely care about you! Thanks for making my experience so easy and fast! I will recommend all my friends and family to this location!

Jesse was most helpful with helping me to setup internet for my mom. He explained everything in full detail. He also showed me how I could get a cheaper internet plan for myself as well.
