“I was on my way home to LA from SC with my three kids and started having car trouble. My check engine light came on. I made it to O'Reillys here in Lanett. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I specially would like to thank Kayla. She went above and beyond. She did a diagnoses on my vehicle and helped make calls to get to the right places. She was very understanding and determined to get my kids and I to the right place. Her customer service was very helpful and she was bound and committed to help me. I highly recommend them !”
