Just dealt with an extraordinarily rude employee. She rolled her eyes, smirked, and was so utterly unhelpful when I asked for help , that if I ever go back, and she’s there, I’ll leave. Why is it so difficult to hire pleasant people for customer service positions?

Bathroom was disgusting. Pee all over the toilet. The men’s wasn’t any better either. Don’t stop here for the bathroom. I can’t imagine how they keep the kitchen if that’s affiliated with the gas station.

The staff here is completely trash... there is some shit head little black pos that likes to run her mouth... I am going to attempt to file a formal complaint and will never stop there again store 1860 west point... garbage.

So stopped in to get diesel cause I needed fuel. The average cost at other station was around $3.49-4.19… it looks like someone took sandpaper to the pumps in the back so it would be hard to read the numbers I glanced and it looked like it said $3.99. So I started to fill my truck up well after a few mins on a quick flow pump it was at $100… at like 14gallons… they were charging me $5.99/gallon that has to be illegal. 10/10 wouldn’t not recommend going here to get diesel. I’m going to find a way to get them for price gouging diesel so they get fined that’s absurd…

Entering into the station no one would address me as I entered because I needed help. As I approached the counter I spoke to the man behind the counter to get assistance. He never stopped doing what he was doing nor did he speak or say anything to me. Ignored me and continued with what he was doing. A lady came from the back to assist me however I feel like the man that was there could have acknowledged me in some way. Gas station is right next door. I do not have to give my business to this one and will not ever in the future. Just rude to the highest level.
