Honestly the worst dollar general Ive been to, it smelled horrible and the customer service was ok. I wanted to drop off a package, which I drove almost 4 Miles’s to do so. When I came I was told to wait in the purchase line. Which I did and when I get to the cashier the employee proceeded to tell me she didn’t know how to work the Barcode scanner. This is such an inconvenience and waste of gas for me. Not to mention I have work every other day and this was my only off day for this week. Now my package will be delayed and this sucks. So, if you are trying to drop off a package DO NOT TRY TO DROP A PACKAGE OFF HERE!!!

The store has done amazing since the new manager. I understand they are doing the best they can!! They work hard to get the store in order then customers come in a destroy it in a few weeks. Please be kind to these stores the workers do what they can. I love this store I love the staff!! I wish they would give this store more hours for the employees I see them there alone way too often.

Would not honor the sales flyers they mailed out! Said because of the COVID 19 they were not honoring the sales flyer.....way to go....price gouging because we are in a crisis!! Not the fault of the store....Corporate told them to throw the sales flyers away and then did not program in the sale prices!
September 2024….i went in to buy some snacks and could not believe how this store looks inside! Empty shelves, racks and racks of stock pushed up and down the isles. They are mostly plastic wrapped and you can’t even get to anything. One girl working?!!! She stayed at the register the entire time. I left with nothing because some customers were yelling at the worker and telling her to call corporate and tell them she needs help. The employee was yelling at everyone telling them the number was on the door. She was pathetic.

Not clean, stuff all in the aisles, trash all over the floor. The cashier was nice but I heard the store manager talking trash about a customer who had just left. I am a business owner and the way she was speaking about the other customers made me not want to go back. All around bad attitude.

I would leave ZERO stars if I could. My fiance and I entered the store and there was no one at the register. We walked to the back found what we needed and alerted the worker when we were ready to check out. She ignored us. My fiance stated once again that we were ready to check out and the store manager responded with the worst attitude and said "I'm coming! I am the only one here" and threw her hands up in a nasty attitude like she was just bothered... now I understand being short staffed but the attitude was unnecessary. My fiance excused himself. She continued checking out my items with a nasty attitude to which I responded "customer service must be a joke these days." She said that it must be and she didn't have to come to work and clock in and be the only one in the store. I said "ma'am that has nothing to do with me personally, you are still here to do your job which is customer service without an attitude." She argued that she did not have an attitude and said i wasn't going to tell her anything about herself. She then chased me out into the parking lot and said I could not come back and to "try her". I'm not the one on the clock ma'am. Come on outside, try me at this point.
Do not recommend and already called corporate.

Horrendous customer service. Cash register attendant ignores customer and talks personal business with another. When asked if they carry an item response was extremely rude.

Store is a mess. Cannot get up and down aisles with cart due to stock carts (unattended) in aisles. Shelves of merchandise messy. Merchandise on floors. Understaffed.

Never answers the phone how do you expect people to check on their pick up orders when you never answer the phone after sending an email 30 mins prior to the pick up time?! Worse than Walmart pickup down here!! Y’all must do better or just do away with store pickup!!
