This is not the first bad experience, but will certainly be the last. The older man should NOT be doing anyone’s nails or feet! I came in for a classic pedicure. The man clipped my toenails crooked, didn’t nip my dead skin around my nails, and didn’t file my nails either to correct how he cut them! I had to mention it to the others, and he decided to pull the drill out instead of just doing them correctly. I didn’t even let him polish them because the pedicure was so poorly done and the white polish I wanted would’ve shown all of the imperfections! You guys will continue to lose business with giving such poor service! 0/10!! $40 just wasted!

I paid $40 for an Extra Deluxe Pedicure then had to pay another $15 for polish, I will not be returning because that is way to much for some polish after I already had to pay for the pedicure. I’ve never had to pay for my polish separate it always comes with the pedicure. Should’ve waited until I made it back to Michigan..

Oh I am so furious, I came to get my nail color changed. They screwed up my nails I got done at another shop but just wanted the color changed.. I had a man to paint them but when it came to my toes a woman did them. I found several spots missed in my nails, so I had the woman to repaint it over. When I got home the nails were flimsy and one even broke off. I went back to try and get it fixed he wanted to charge me $20. I refused. He just argued that he wasnt gonna fix them without me paying .

I’m going to this place for the past months it’s been a good experience. Today I specifically asked for a certain color but they attempted to give me what They wanted. I sled again for my choice and he stood up rudely and went to get my color and shut the cabinet loudly. Strike 1! Next the nail tech tells me I Need a fill in. I said I just got one last wk. He became upset and needless to say this was one of the most stressful nail salon moments I’ve endured. These people think they can treat you anyway but still want to charge $50-$100 for the worse customer service. I’m over it!!! ? And my nails are still Not done, just look how My experience went today!!Service: Gel manicures

I waited for 15/20 minutes after being told I could have my acrylics removed and redone and when it came to my turn I told the man I was late on my lunch break and would only have time to have them removed but then come back when I got off this afternoon to get them redone. He refused to take them off explaining it would “be a waste of time” even though I had previously been told they could do that for me. He then explained they could “fill in” but he could clearly see Id had them on for a while which some missing and were in no shape for a “fill in”. He then proceeded to tell me I could find somewhere else to take them off. Very unprofessional and too short staffed for good service. I’ve been here before but will not be returning.

Amazing place T is the best nail guy I know. He takes his time and make sure everything is done correctly.
