These guys are the best!! Very friendly and awesome! I'm not sure why anyone would have anything bad to say about the Westpoint Post Office!! If there is something to complain about somewhere, I promise I'll find it...but this place is perfect!

They've been very nice to me, mail comes quickly to my PO box. No complaints. they always hold my mail and by 830am my mail is in my po box.

I had a something that I was expecting and it said it arrived on 0ct 9 and I haven't seen it and I ordered another and haven't seen it yet either so I think someone or the mail people stealing my mail

This is the worst post office ever!! I keep seeing stuff on informed delivery that never comes. I’ve had a check come up missing.. Packages.. Now our packages come delayed & appear to have been opened & tapped back up.. The older lady’s attitude is so disgusting if I go there and she’s at the front, I turn right on back around!! Need better staff and mail carriers because the one who does our mail CLEARLY STEALS!! After I mentioned going to make a police report the package appears in my MAILBOX, but we were notified before that it was delivered to a parcel (like all our other packages to big for my small mailbox) noooo they squeezed this one into my mailbox..

The people in the post office are very nice. However, my mail ends up in the wrong post box ALL the time. I strongly suggest you hire a mail carrier who can read.

Never seen such a place. This is the year 2021 and they do not even have handicap access. They have several steps you have to go up in order to get inside. No disabled people can get inside. No wheelchair access! This is sad people who are in wheelchairs and are very disabled can not go in this place. They have to find someone to go for them and probably people are not always available to go to post office for them

Never seen such rudeness with a Mail Carrier dropped my mail W-2 Forms in a puddle of water along with other important documents February 1,2021 didn't try to pick them up and had a very nasty attitude about it as if my mail didn't matter Post Master told me she were sorry that this happened mail Carrier very disrespectful .

Currently waiting in line 5 minutes after they are supposed to be open, when the clerk eventually arrived at the counter they say "sorry, it's been one of those mornings" meanwhile I listen to an additional 2 employees complain about how difficult their jobs are and complaining about work instead of doing the job they are getting paid to do. I suppose they are definitely essential workeelrs, must be difficult to wake up and complain about how terrible one's job is.
