Merritt Pecan is one of Georgia's greatest treasures and a nice little store. It is like a gas station with a convenience store that has a good selection of pecan related treats and fresh pecans sold by variety. It offers a huge selection of Georgia made products, souvenirs, food, drinks, fresh baked goods, and fresh shelled peas. A must try is the brown sugar poundcake, pecan pie, and pecan divinity. Everything purchased is well worth it. The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. It is a good stop for a snack or gas when driving by.
Always a good place to stop for Lottery or a Quick snack.

Best little place for pecans and you can buy them in any form whole half, large pieces, medium pieces, small pieces are ground. 1 lb to 5 lb available. Lots of candies too! Yummy!!

Very cute old times store with all the modern things too! They have big bathrooms that are always very clean. I love stopping to get fresh, local fruit and all of the different varieties of pecans!
