Owner was very nice and friendly, very easy going. Nice big spaces to store our trailer and 24 hour secured access makes it nice because we work odd hours. Very reasonable prices compared to other places near by.

I would definitely recommend B&B to anyone who is looking for a very trusted and reliable storage facility. Mr. Abernathy is very nice and understanding. The prices are very good and he is a trip to talk to. I've never had any issues when dealing with him, and we never need to worry about our stuff in our unit. There are air controlled units as well as containers. We pay 80 a month for a container unit, and our stuff isn't damaged by the weather or messed with. The grounds are gated and very kept up and under surveillance. 10 out of 10 reccomend.

I always make it a point to update my review, when a business has obviously made an effort to improve significantly. I assisted a friend today who was cleaning out and closing her storage unit at this location, because she has moved out of state. Fully expecting to experience the same horrible service and dirty facility which characterized my last visit here, I was completely left speechless this time.! This time the service and attitude of the employees was amazing, and they fully exceeded our expectations. Moreover, the facility was clean. Anthony, who was the manager on duty, was amazing and is the personification of customer service. He was assisted by a young woman, whose name I failed to observe. She went so far as to personally obtain push carts for us to facilitate moving the contents of the storage unit. She encouraged us to contact her, if we needed any additional assistance. When we finished getting all my friend's property out of the storage unit, I requested to know if they had a broom and dust pan I could use to tidy up the empty unit. Anthony would have none of it and assured us that the empty unit was fine just the way it was and that his clean up crew would do any light cleaning required to make the unit tidy and ready for the next occupant. He profusely thanked my friend for being a customer and quickly had all the final paperwork ready for my friend to take with her. This is a 100% turn around in customer service and deserves recognition. As we would say in the Navy, Bravo Zulu and well done, and have the boatswain's mate pipe sound liberty call.

I had a terrible experience with this Cubesmart location: Poor customer service, over-locked on move-in for no reason, hard to find employees, and faulty front doors & elevators. I moved into a storage space back in November and immediately had problems with the management at this facility. After meeting the office attendant, paying for the space, and buying a lock - I started to move my things in. I came back later that night with another load after the office had closed only to find a second lock had been put on my door and I couldn't get into my space. I called customer service / the GM and they claimed the office attendant put the second lock on b/c I didn't have a lock on the door... but I bought a lock from the front office and it was properly attached directly next to the second lock they put on. It was a bafflingly stupid situation that cost me time, money, and frustration - I had to take my load of things back to my home and unpack/repack and try again later. While moving things in/out, there were times when the main elevator stopped working and the front doors got stuck closed. Trying to track down an employee to fix these things was difficult. On move out, I notified them in advance that I would be vacating and confirmed in person on move out day. Still, I was charged for an additional month of rent after move out and have been unable to get a response from the office. I got a free month comped for their screw ups on move-in but it was still not worth it. Not sure how this place has such positive reviews on Google, stay away from Cubesmart.

What a DISGUSTING experience. We rented a unit in April 2017 and were just able to return for out items on October 28th, 2017. We were out of state and trusted CubeSmart (since it's indoor and climate controlled) to protect our belongings. The moment we walked up to our unit, there was a smell. I noticed a huge water stain on the first floor (our unit was on the second floor) and thought maybe the stench was wafting up from that. As we started to move our items out, we saw a HUGE, BROWN/BLACK stain on the bottom of my expensive, beautiful king bed that I was so excited to move. The entire 6-8 inches at the bottom of the mattress were black with mold and mildew. And so was the box spring. And queen mattress. And queen box spring. And TV stand. And couch. And 8X10 rug. And TELEVISIONS (2 60 inch smart TV's). And boxes. And hassock. And pillows. And artwork. Slimy, greenish, stinky water from months of rain were soaked into our belongings. It rained as we were there, which I am thankful for, so that I could take pictures and videos of how much water was steadily streaming into our unit. If only you could smell the nauseating stench. DO NOT RENT HERE. DO NOT. Speaking with the district manager, Jessica, was not helpful in the slightest. She claimed that the employees walk the property a few times a day, but would not be able to know if our unit was collecting water (even though we had plastic on top of our things and the rain dripping onto it was unmistakable). She also said that unless the white plastic (on the insulation) from the ceiling is ripped, they would never know. Well, the plastic is ripped. Jessica also said that they called a roofer for a leak "some time ago", I suppose to suggest that they were not negligent. Well, "some time ago" was October 23rd. The reason a roofer was called, she continued, was because THEY, the employees, noticed that a row of units "had bubbles" from water in them. IF VACANT UNITS HAVE WATER, SO DO OCCUPIED ONES. So, if you happen to have a unit here, please check your stuff. Apparently, I am the first one to complain about this ever, since she has been with the company since January.

Been with B&B almost 4 years. Bill the owner is a good man. He's always on call when we need him.
