Innovative Electric did a very large amount of work for me as part of my home renovation project, which included expanding my electrical panel, adding new and rewiring existing circuits. They also ran new wiring for a ceiling fan and under cabinet lighting as well as installed the lights. They performed quality work, minimized drywall cutouts as much as possible, were professional and expedient, fair and up front with their pricing, and communication has been excellent. Andy and CJ did a phenomenal job! Way cheaper than anywhere else and they were very clear about what they were doing throughout the whole process. I had them swap out breakers and install wafer lighting in my living room. They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them for your electrical needs. I purchased a transfer switch from eBay new as a kit, it was shipped FedEx and when it got to Georgia I notified Innovative Electrical that I would be interested in them installing my transfer switch (they gave me a quote that was fair and were patient when FedEx gave my package the 12 day across the country twice service.) But when it arrived I advised Innovative Electrical and they scheduled me right away, were very prompt and professional in installation and after installation they took the time and showed me how to use my device. I would highly recommend innovative Electrical if you want the job done right! And I will be happy to use there services in the future again.Service: Installation

They did not install all the lines that were needed for my hot tub so I ended up having to pay an additional $120 to the guy that came out to set up my hot tub since he had to make an additional trip to my house to finish the set up once all the lines were actually installed. Instead of trying to make it right by compensating me for the additional expense I incurred because of their incompetence, the owner yelled at me for 20 minutes, and you guessed it, no compensation! It was incredibly unprofessional!! I will never use them again and will warn anyone that needs an electrician against using them!!
