Always have great customer service especially from the GM Christa! She is amazing and always helpful! She brings a smile to my face every time I go in there and even helped me with boxes for my move! Love this place so much!

Christa, the manager was so kind and helpful. The store was, and continues to be, so organized and clean. Jordan greeted me with a smile when I walked in and was also extremely helpful. By far, the best customer service to be found is at DG Market Whitesburg, Ga.

3 times now I've paid for my products and 3 times now I've gotten home only to see that the cashier didn't hand me all of my bags so now I'm having to drive all the way back to the store because these ppl do not know how to answer the phone lines up there

Pretty clean and organized, very limited "market" products. It's usually well stocked considering it's the only general store in the town.

I shop here on a daily basis store is always clean probably one of the cleanest I’ve seen so far and the staff will go above and beyond to help you my card wouldn’t work on self check out the manager was very nice and helped me figure everything out.

The other negative reviews are not exaggerations. I rarely leave negative reviews, but hoping corporate takes notice. I don’t know why people go to a job if they give the impression they hate their job, and take it out on the people for products in the store that pays their salaries. Asking for help in this store is met with cold looks from employees, and a sense as though you’re bothering them. Asking a simple question like “hey, do you guys carry this item?” is met with the response “if I had it, then it would have been out here”, like, is it my fault you hate your life that you have to take it out on me? There is serious mismanagement in this store, and the attitude that is felt is since this is a rural town, then whoever manages this store feels it’s ok to foster a climate of “well they’re gonna have to come in here and buy from us anyways, we’re the only store for miles, so we don’t owe them actual customer service, they owe us their business..” is the mentality that’s felt. They barely even look you in the eye. I love the store, but the people running it are really anti social weirdos who have no business working in any retail customer interfacing job.

The manager of this store is the RUDEST lady I've ever seen, and seems to hate everyone, and on a 'manager' power trip or something...will not be back
