“Mr. Cox runs a great shop. When the guy who hit me was found liable, Mr. Cox worked with his insurance company to get and install all of the necessary parts/repairs and he did so in a timely manner. He was always available to take my calls and answer questions, and my truck truly looks as good as new. Every other shop I called told me it would be months before they could get me in, Mr. Cox got me in immediately and started on it within a week. I highly recommend”
“The owner, mickey Vaughn is scrupulously honest and gives great attention to detail. I had an accident that damaged the front of my car. When I picked it up it looked better than before the accident. He also took the time to do extra like cleaning and buffing the headlight that he didn't even replace to match the one he did. “I was towed in by Doug Yates towing on 10/29/2023. This location is beyond exemplary for a service center. The staff is impeccable, accommodating, friendly and well informed. This location has wonderful amenities on-site. Driver lounge with charging station, microwave, fridge, complimentary water, free washer, dryer, 3 flat screens, 4 vending machines (2) in driver lounge, (2) by service bays. The staff was completely well versed in the necessary repairs and although my company opted for a different route, I had the best experience ever here. It was Halloween so there was a cookout I was invited to and everyone was nice to my disabled son. Food truck comes at 10a and lastly this a 10?location that is pinnacle of their community...”

“Had a nasty dent on front quarter panel, which also affected trim around wheel and front passenger door. They did a great job replacing and repairing. Then also repainted the front panel and door to match. Did an excellent job. It took a week but they really did great work and for less than it would have cost at the dealer or downtown Chattanooga for sure. We will gladly use again if needed.”
