I have a bought a 2023 trailer. Very poor craftsmanship. Warranty department never calls back. I called a lawyer. And told me the way they have the paperwork set up is. They can not be touched. So basically they are a company that screws people over. We have done a lot of reach on them. They will change there dealership names multiple times to keep people from remarks. And to keep from being sued. So buyers beware.

I’m not even sure where to start, i guess I’ll jump right in and just say i am dumb for not reading these reviews before making this mistake. Here’s the short of it, I ordered a custom 2023 30’ trailer from freedom trailers, i ended up with the worst built, rigged up, hacked, janky trailer you could imagine. The welds are horrible, it’s out of square, the roof isn’t flat and holds water, the axles are out of alinement, the trim is falling off, the left side lights don’t work, 1/4 of the wall crossmembers aren’t even welded to the frame, looks like a blind child trimmed around the wheel wells, the tounge was cut to short then re-welder to be longer, rivets on outside are popping off, screws going out though the roof from the inside, it goes on and on.When you read these reviews please use this info to make a buying decision, i wish i did now I’m 17k dollars minus and i have a total garage trailer i can’t even use because it’s so rigged up.- google will only post a few photos, here’s some of my issues.

Wish I would have came here before I bought mine, they are relatively inexpensive, I just didn't realize that I would be getting such poor workmanship,....live and learn. So I'll post this update here as it is 2 years later.1) It was leaking from the roof first rain, after purchase2) Trim misalligned in serval places3) Center support bent after 6 months of use, even tho I had only ever loaded nothing other than my 2 mowers( 800lbs and 1200 lbs), ended up installing 3/4 inch plywood over the top of old floor. still using it today

They make a good trailer 5 year warranty, the roof itself is better that all the other factories. There roof is 16 on center not 24 on center with 1 1/2 x 1 steel tube support with 1 x 3 steel tube at the front and middle and back. And 7/16 wood and a rubber 1pc roof where others us a pieced metal roof. On all 8.5 wides. Sure other factories can do that for a extra charge. The do Torsion axels and Hydraulic Jack on all the goosenecks where other charge more. They are the fastest to make one also only weeks not months. Let me know if you want one we have a low mark up

It is in the name! As soon as I can be FREE of my two Freedom trailers, I will be happy. We have an issue every time we use the trailers. Welds keep breaking, panels coming off, and no one to answer the phone. I have not heard good things from others that own this brand and my personal Freedom trailers are DOOKIE!!

So I took delivery of my 8.5x32 gull wing concession trailer 5/20/23. I was not able to have the smoker shipped to the dealer due to them not wanting to receive the shipment. So I had to find someone else who could take delivery of the smoker and install it. Found a company I’m Alabama who build smokers to install the ordered smoker on the trailer. When trying to install the smoker, just setting the smoker on the deck of the trailer made the porch sink just enough so that one of the gull wing doors will not close properly. After numerous calls, I got in touch with someone. I asked what are the weight requirements for my sized trailer gull wing porch. They said 2000 lbs. the smoker we are trying to install is 1205 pounds. Then I was informed that this would NOT be covered under warranty because I took possession of the trailer. This is so WRONG. I’m still waiting for a quote to get the porch reinforced, which should have already been done correctly in the first place. This is costing me money and time! Judging by the reviews, my hopes are not high at all. I paid the dealer $58,500 for a bbq concession trailer build that can’t even hold the smoker we bought, in which we sent the drawings of the smoker to the dealer, to pass to the manufacturer and got the clear that it would fit. Very disappointed! It’s been three weeks and still no estimate on how much it will be to reinforce the porch for n my trailer. This company is bad for business. It’s all about pushing trailers out as fast as they can without attention to quality and detail.

We bought an enclosed cargo trailer from Freedom Trailers in September of 2022. There were a few issues with lights not working, poor workmanship in a number of areas. My husband has called several times but everytime we either get No Response or are told the warranty contact person has changed (at least 3 times). We leave messages when we can, usually the mailbox saysi it’s full, still no response when we are able to leave a message.. I sent an email and again no response! This company seems to avoid its customer after they sell you a trailer! Very disappointing! Please call so we can fix things!Butch and Debra Herman

My 7x14 V-nose trailer frame is completely rusted through where the hinges are attached on the ramp door. The drivers side rear axel shackles are welded to junk steal, that is rusting through as well. My mechanic said my trailer is completely unsafe and not inspectable. My trailer is a 2017. So I guess these trailers only last 4.5-6 years. I highly recommend nobody spends their hard earned money on freedom trailers. Spend alittle more for a high quality trailer! I wish I had
