I am currently having to try and get my money back when eedbox charged me.34 dollars TWO times for the same movie that had been taken back, redbox bad customer service.i doubt i ever get my money back

The card reader was not working as of 7/24/18. As of 7/28/18 they got it back to working order. Impressed with the quick response to repair their equipment to keep the movies being able to be rented out. Nice job redbox.
