The people at the Williamson branch are so helpful and friendly. Cora Shackleford has always done excellent job managing this branch. She is a woman of integrity. Along with being knowledgeable, Heather Collins just assisted me with an account and was helpful, efficient and friendly.

We got our construction loan with United Bank and it was the smoothest process ever. My wife and I are both self employed, and i couldn't recommend this bank anymore. Please ask for Cora Shackelford... you won't find a more professional, pleasant person in the world to help you with a construction loan!

United Bank as a whole has always been a pleasure to work with but the Williamson branch always has great customer service and have always went above and beyond to assure that my experience was pleasant. It would be nice to see smiling faces again instead of masks.
