“I had an issue with my debit card when attempting to pay for an online purchase. The card kept showing as invalid number. Called customer service and Sue in Zebulon Georgia was a huge help! I learned it happened because the person I was trying to pay is outside the US and the bank was protecting my account. She made it so I could pay with my card and she said she’d watch until the payment was made and then secure the card again. Thank you Sue!!!!”

“Since moving from Clearwater Florida to Georgia, 6 years ago, and as a REGIONS customer for the past 25 years, I chose this location to do all my banking. At this particular branch, I’ve always been greeted with a smile, but most importantly, I’ve been greeted by my first name. Ronita (the bank manager) Charmaine, Kayla, and the rest of the employees are so friendly. The bank is always clean, the restroom is always clean, and there’s plenty of parking. I love this branch and Regions Bank.”

“Just opened a new account at this new branch (i.e. newly-opened branch in this town) & so far, so good! I did some research & love the name & history of this locally-owned banking institution. (I've always found much better rates & services at small, hometown banks = "buy local" whenever you possibly can!) This small branch is located in a charming historical building right downtown, on the Square, with street parking only. Services include: Deposit only checking/savings accounts & loans. No cash back. No ATM. No drive-up window.”

“There are two handicap parking spaces and around 20 free parking spaces at this location. The building is in excellent shape. This bank use to be BB&T, but is now the Truist Bank in Griffin. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about bank products offered in this bank. There is an ATM located here and drive thru window. Overall, I am quite satisfied and pleased with the services offered at this bank.”
“Today, I had to visit this bank. Before going, I checked the reviews and honestly, I hesitated because there were many negative comments. However, due to the urgency of my work, I decided to go.
When I arrived, I was met with a completely different experience. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. Contrary to what the reviews suggested, I received excellent service. In particular, Ms. Sara was incredibly polite and patient with me, providing great assistance. I would like to express my gratitude to her once again.
