We went into this location to drop off some packages close to closing time. We had 2 Priority Mail boxes to ship. As my sister was literally at the register trying to pay for them the lady directed her to write the addresses on the boxes, which is fine but they usually print a label. She was very clear to the PO lady which address the package was coming from and to which it was going. As I started writing the info on the 2nd box I hear my sister say the price was way more than what it says on the website for flat rate, however she was going to pay it anyway. Then the lady had put the addresses backwards. When my sister politely told her, she said they were closed. She did not finish the transaction, turned the lights out and proceeded to tell us she did not get paid overtime!!! What?! Within 2 seconds she was holding open the door for us to get out. We said if she would’ve gotten the address correct it would’ve been done. The PO lady then told us we should’ve gotten there earlier…. THIS type of employee being aloud to treat customers with such disrespect is what has happened to the customer experience in so many companies today!

My husband forgot a piece of his CPAP machine and I knew I had to get it to him quickly. When I went to the post office Casey was quick to help. The piece was awkward, so she took the time to help by getting me a box that would fit it. So thankful she could help!!!

Two packages stolen off my porch informed themafter the first one not to leave anymore but they still did and will not respond to any of my calls.

Postal workers are friendly and try to help. But the mail delivery is another story. They mark my packages delivered but don't actually delivered them until a few days later. A few times I've had to put in a claim to get my package delivered.

They lost a very important package and refuse to help locate it . Not sure if they are stupid or lazy . Any other carrier would be a better choice!
