“This review is for Wells Fargo Investment. It is in The Wells Fargo Bank Building on Bull St. Downtown Savannah. We were looking for a financial advisor and a friend of a friend referred us to Scott Richardson. Having sold 2 houses and a business, we had a little bit of money for investment. I'm sure it's not a lot in the eyes of some investors but for us it, it represented a lifetime of savings and careers. Scott was helpful in walking us through the options of investment. We agreed with some very secure and some with moderate risk. When we had trouble with a money transfer from Ohio, Scott was more than understanding and came up with a working plan. We feel confident that we could trust Scott and help us to invest this money. I was a little bit skittish about Wells Fargo Bank but Scott assured me all was well with our plan. I would highly recommend Scott Richardson as an investment counselor.”

“I have been to several Krogers since living in Georgia and this one in Savannah has just topped them all. This location is such a huge store and my first one that I have visited that has a clothing selection! Who would have thought lol. I loved that they had everything I needed while visiting Savannah.”

She quickly learned my name and treated me very respectfully. While I was waiting to be taken care of, I noticed her address others by their names. It's clear she is hard working and cares about her clients.”

“I don't leave reviews for banks often, but I received such great service I had let everyone know. I was greeted by about 5 people, there was no line and I was helped by a very friendly cashier who made getting a cashiers check very easy. Her lead teller came over to chat as well about something I was wearing. You could tell these people were all happy to be working here, but I guess working on the island might make anyone feel happy everyday. As I finished up my transaction everyone behind the counter said goodbye which was nice. The personal banker asked if I needed help with anything else on the way out and I mentioned someone else with me needed an account print out, he quickly said send them in and I will be happy to print that for them with a big smile. I will say I don't go into banks often thanks to technology but if I did have to, I would want it to be in s bank like this every time.”
