Store is okay, but they always seem to be closed for some random reason. “Closed for maintenance, closed for inventory, in bathroom be back in 15”

Not open .it's Saturday..6;42 pm..sighn on door..that says be back in 15 min...like really..you not closed...all lights on...this really sux...I been sitting her longer than 15 min....this is poor way to run your business...

I thought your store was open 24 hours? I just went there to purchase some beverages and cigarettes and was told by the Attendant that the store was closed? I'm confused!! Are you open 24 hours or not?
