The main reason for the score I gave is due to the exceptional service provided to me by Jennifer Campbell. She helped me to get the maximum amount of deductions and credits and also made sure that I included all the information necessary to satisfy IRS requirements, of which, alone I would never have known. Jennifer is always very personal and professional and makes me feel at ease during what would be a stressful task if I were to attempt to file on my own.
