Obsessed with the service, the treatment, and the kindness in this salon. I tend to leave salons feeling disappointed or like I could’ve done a better job at home but this time not the case.\\nNatalia killed it-surpassing my expectations. I went in with some exposed picked-at skin and she was so gentle. She talked me through how to better take care of my nails while being extremely cautious with the broken skin around the nail bed. I’m not a huge talker, so I really appreciated the comfortable silence as she just concentrated on her work. I put the fate of my nails into her hands, trusting her eye to give me what best complimented my nail shape and length. I cannot recommend this place enough, it’s affordable for a little college kid like me and the service is professional and courteous. Definitely coming back ✨

I've been looking for a nail salon since I moved to Savannah and I was willing to travel a few miles to get there. What an absolute delight to find that the best salon was close to where I live. All of the technicians were professional and friendly, and the salon and all of the equipment and material is clean and well-organized. I have had gel nails as well as dipped nails and the work was perfection, just like the salon name. I'm picky and they exceeded my expectations.

I love this place! Elisabeth Gray was able to color correct my box dye and give me back some of my natural hair with added highlights. I was worried about going to someone new as I move around a lot but she was fantastic. She talked with me about what I wanted and made me very aware of all my color options and really tailored my color to me. She also waxed my eyebrows and I will never be going back to threading again. I recommend this place for hair color and waxing. I will be going back soon for a pedicure and hair style and makeup for a military ball.

Friendly staff, but that’s all they have going for them. The issues I have are: The techs remove gel polish by sanding it off, not soaking it off. This is the incorrect way to remove polish and damages nails. They must know better, but I’m sure productivity supersedes client nail health. Moreover, the polish was dented in a dozen different spots by the end of day one. I had two mani/pedis by two different techs. I don’t believe it was the application methods but rather poor quality products used. I gave them a couple of tries and just cannot bring myself to go back. Update: I got a mani/pedi at another salon and was informed that the last tech who provided service to me at Perfect Polish DAMAGED one of my toe nails. STAY AWAY! 2nd Update: I went to a podiatrist and was advised that it would take 10-12 months for my toe nail to heal and the ONLY way this would have occurred is due to “UNSANITARY conditions and negligence.” For the love of all that’s holy, stay away from this filthy, rotten establishment.

Girls weekend at Tybee and we last minute decided to see if we could get pedis nearby. No problem scheduling all 3 of us for next day. Got there to find it was at a strip mall - ok, our fault for not checking that out first. Waited a reasonable amount of time for our appointments. Three adjacent chairs and ready to relax! Instead of relaxing, we were subjected to two of the three technicians joking and ribbing each other (inappropriately) and picking on the 3rd tech. The third tech at least didn’t bite to their teasing. But their back and forth banter was so incredibly unprofessional - talking/joking about their own drama, and one girl’s “nasty corn chip toes” among other things. Lord, you must be kidding me. While my tech was filing, she was literally not even filing my nail, but the end of my toe. Probably she would’ve realized it if she hadn’t been joking around with her friend. One of my friends had an allergic reaction to the sugar scrub. While that is probably not the fault of the tech or Perfect Polish, when they were told about it (while we were still there) they didn’t even offer any kind of wipes or rinsing off for my friend. My own legs felt slimy and sticky. As for the pedis, one friend requested clear polish. The polish is definitely not clear - it’s tinted pink. Almost like the previous tech had put it over someone’s red polish and it’s tinted the whole bottle. I had polish on the end of my big toe, and the other friend had polish on her skin too. I cannot believe the 5 star reviews I see on all the sites - after our experiences I kept checking to make sure it was the same place! I don’t think I’ve ever written such a poor review.

100% AMAZING!!! I am visiting/on vacation from MN and came here and STEPH did an immaculate job! She was so detailed and thorough. I could tell she was taking her time and making sure it actually looked good instead of just getting the job done. She shaped them perfectly. I mean PERFECT. It looked more real than my real nails. And she would go back and actually fix something if it wasn’t up to her standards even though I couldn’t even tell. The atmosphere was also very comfortable and relaxed.
