I would give zero stars if I could right now. I dropped off three packages on October 14. All three are now lost and I am having to fight with UPS whom you can’t get a live person on the phone just like this store. So I’m thinking, hopefully with a one star review the owner may reach out to me about this situation. Especially since his own employee told me that all the packages that Saturday when him and his child were working Have mysteriously disappeared and are lost. Imagine that. I would appreciate a contact to this review, and I will gladly rate my review differently if we can settle this.

This is my favorite ups store. Jon is always the best. All the employees seem like top notch people when I’m in there. Y’all make everything easy. Thank you for all the smiles and kind attitudes when I walk in the door. So rare in this day.

this store particularly, on Johnny Mercer blvd in Savannah, Georgia, is my favorite ◡̈ the employees are always efficient, friendly, fast and professional. all UPS stores i’ve been to have been great, but this one is especially impressive.

Good luck with getting things notarized properly. Second time the same person in the morning notarized mortgage paperwork wrong. It happened to my family member also.

Mary was a tremendous help to me today in the store as well as on the phone. She went above and beyond to help me get my package shipped, even when I was being extra needy. She is a great asset to this store and showed AMAZING customer service!

Say they delivered package to my mailbox, they did not. Was here all day. Did see ups truck but didn't bring anything to my house. So, either lying or too stupid to read numbers.

Nice enough kid I believe his name's Riley that was working stopped in for notary service got up to the counter and said I seen online that you guys have a public notary is response "no".Not when a good time to come back is not that UPS does it at all and thats how he was going to leave it .I've been managing for 10 years ,his Demeanor and lack of willingness to provide information without being prompted Would not sit well with me

My local UPS store. Always dependable. Available. Efficient. The FedEx Office location is downtown, so this shop on the island is so convenient for me. The only thing that could be betterthe parking situation. Not enough parking available near the shop. But that's not the businesses fault. I'd like to give a special shout out to an employee named Mary. She is quick, courteous, professional, multitasking, and highly capable. She is a hard worker, always gets the job done, and is friendly to everyone. Thank you, Mary!

Absolutely rudest employee ever! The attitude was unbelievable. Oversized my package and gave me a box that was much bigger than needed! When I asked for a receipt with tracking code, she rudely stated, "I gave it to you." No ma'am you did not. To which her reply was, "Well you can take a picture of the box." Also, my box was not sealed. Hopefully, everything will get there! I did take pictures for confirmation. Also, price was much more elevated than UPS in areas like Pooler! The way she treats customers is disgusting! Use to be amazing there! Will ship from elsewhere from here on out. I would like to speak with a manager

This place was good when the old man was running it. Now they have some girl with shirt black hair who gives a nasty attitude everytime we come in. Don’t know her name but her attitude sucks. Just watched her literally give an attitude to an older gentlemen who wanted help. The nice girl who works there (don’t know her name) does an awesome job. However, the other chick is horrible. She has short black hair and is a tough pill to swallow. She’s passive aggressive as hell and the nice girl has to run things in store since the girl with short black hair can’t control her attitude. Quit if you don’t like the job girl. SMH ?♂️
